Meet Edward Hansen
Oil Artist
As a Wyoming native living in Colorado I have camped, hunted and Fished the west all my life.
After retiring I started doing what I always wanted to do, PAINT!
I revisit those places that I have loved and draw from them the images I see.
I have been lucky enough to be in art shows like the Mountain Oyster in Arizona, the Westen Spirit in Cheyenne, the James Mitchner library in Colorado, The Emerald show in Oregon, the Lincoln Gallery in Loveland, the Yellowstone Museum in Billings, The Greeley Stampede and The NATIONAL WILDLIFE ART MUSEUM OF THE UNITED SATES in Jackson Wyoming.
In 2024 I had a one man show at the Foothills Art Center in Golden Colorado.
After 19 years I think I am starting to get the work I like. I hope you like it too.
You can find me at edwardhansen.fineartworld.com
My studio is in the Mainstreet Gallery 36 S. Main St. Brighton Colorado. I’m there most Tuesdays and Thursdays stop by and say Hi.
